A Note from Our Director

As we are all gearing up for the Holidays, where did summer go, we are full steam ahead here at the Chamber! It is not too late for you to register for this week’s Issues and Eggs by MOSAIC. You can join us for breakfast this Thursday at Pontiac Family Kitchen 7:30 to 8:30a to learn more about this valuable organization while enjoying a delicious breakfast buffet! Next week is our annual ATHENA Luncheon is being held at Baby Bulls, Thursday, November 14th at Noon to 1:30p. We will be honoring Linda Lambert as our award winner this year and our very own Debi Ores is our featured speaker. Chamber Issues and Eggs with MOSAIC

 If you’ve ever wanted to learn more about MOSAIC and the important role they serve in our community, this is the time and place. Join us Thursday, November 7th for a breakfast buffet starting at 7:30a at Pontiac Family Kitchen. A presentation by MOSAIC staffers will conclude at 8:30a . Social Media Workshop

We hosted our first information workshop and this one covered Social Media and how to add it to your marketing plan. Students from PTHS and Career and Community Services Coordinator, Betsy Westergreen explained to the group the different social media platforms and what they are used for. Cat then lead a round table discussion on how to apply these platforms to marketing their businesses. So, many experiences and ideas were shared and we look forward to setting the date on a follow-up.
